At the Dialogue Lab, actively involved parties, partners and volunteers of Utrecht in Dialogue make events together. Every third Tuesday evening of the month. We work in a blended format, combining in person and online meetings. English speakers are also most welcome. Specify on the registration form whether you will be joining in person or virtually. Every third Tuesday evening of the month, we work at Maliebaan45. Great if you bring your computer to zoom with those joining virtually.

After the (online) workshop Organizing a Dialogue, we work in the Dialogue Lab with experienced volunteers/stakeholders on organizing and communicating dialogue meetings in your organization, neighborhood, school, sports club or district. Together we prepare (blended and online) (neighborhood) dialogues, we put the events on the website, we recruit participants via social media and discuss the follow-up of meetings. In the Dialogue Lab, you can contribute ideas about meetings or series, further increase results, map out the impact and prepare special projects. You can also design your own meeting or series, including preparation for communication and recruitment. We focus on online and blended dialogue meetings with the old, young and everyone to belong and connect with current themes and events in these times of Covid.

We work according to the principles of appreciative inquiry. We learn from positive experiences and use the power of our dreams to move forward. We make a sketch, design the structure of the dialogue and agreements on implementation: who picks up what and what else is needed.
